Just some quick updates on a few players who are still out.
Chris Kunitz is out for about the next 4-6 days with his lower body injury. It's still unknown what the actual extent of the injury is but Chris will be out of action until next week.
Evgeni Malkin underwent successful knee surgery and is expected back in 6 months for training camp.
Sidney Crosby arrived in Pittsburgh today and was immediately hounded by press in the locker room.
He says he's better but still isn't practicing full time. Doctors told him to skip town, no surprise there really. Still no timetable for when he'll be returning. Some Penguins fans frustrations are starting to reach a boiling point regarding the Crosby situation, however patience must be taken into account while he heals up.
Arron Asham is still out with his injury to the upper body and was not practicing today and is still not expected to return any time soon.
Big shoes to fill for the 4 boys from Wilkes-Barre coming into the lineup tonight.
